HYPEMETER is an independent, informational tool that estimates online interest ("hype") and the tone of public conversation ("sentiment") around upcoming games. The scores are computed estimates derived from publicly available signals. They are not facts, predictions, reviews, or any form of professional, financial, or purchasing advice.
Scores change over time as the underlying signals change. Nothing on the site should be relied upon as a guarantee of a game's quality, release date, or commercial performance.
The site and all data on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. Game titles, release windows, and other details are aggregated from third-party public sources and may be inaccurate or out of date.
You agree not to: attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the site; access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; scrape or systematically harvest the data for redistribution as a competing product; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Reasonable personal and editorial use — including citing a score with a link back — is welcome.
The HYPEMETER name, design, scoring methodology, and the compiled scores and rankings are our property. Game titles, cover art, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; HYPEMETER is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or platform.
The site aggregates information from public sources and may link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sources or destinations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPEMETER and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the data or your use of (or inability to use) the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
